Becker Helicopters has pilots with a depth of experience and the range of aircraft / configurations to achieve this. We can also provide crew training and/or ground training for your staff.

We will work out the best options for your job to get the job done safely and quickly, with the result you want. If we don’t believe we can do your job efficiently, we’ll suggest someone who could.

FIREFIGHTING:

We offer water bombing, mapping of fire fronts and fire fighting support.

We are approved to use Night Vision Goggles (NVG) to provide fire fighting support and mapping of fire fronts at night.

With experienced fire fighting pilots we endeavour to work closely with fire fighting agencies, forestry, emergency services and other local bodies for the best possible outcomes in fire suppression.

SEARCH & RESCUE:

We have a large fleet of helicopters that can be mobilised for grid searches and have been tasked in this regard by AMSA.

We are CASA approved for night work and the use of Night Vision Goggles, which means we can work into the night, respond to a night emergency, or survey for grounded aircraft after sunset.

STORM & EMERGENCY RESPONSE:

We can mobilise quickly to respond to an emergency. We have a track record of being available when most needed and have been involved in Queensland Flood evacuations and surveillance, bushfire emergencies, marine disaster response, and storm and cyclone damage patrols. We can respond day or night.

AERIAL CRANE & LIFTING:

The helicopter is able to get your load into or out of small, hard to get at locations. We are often asked to lift in spa pools and pool tables to rooftop apartments or do ship to shore transfers. The replacement or installation of airconditioner units and advertising signs also is a task we often complete. Depending on the weight of the load you need moved we can advise on a helicopter that can do the job.
